The project was implemented as part of the concept of landscaping, navigation and elements of small architectural forms of the Clever Park complex. The main objective of the project is the creation of a detached public building and the organization of a recreational environment on the banks of the Iset River, which contrasts with the urban nature of the development of the complex.
